So here are some pictures I drew of things I wish I got pictures of but they ended so fast.
The first one was when they first were in their cage. Cherry took to the wheel right away and Chestnut wanted to introduce herself but kept getting hit in the head by the wheel. I've never seen a more pissed off expression made by a mouse .
The second one is them hiding from me. I was moving stuff around in their cages and Chestnut hid inside the tube and cherry hid right behind her and it looked like one long mouse.
the third one was after I removed the barrier from me leaving for 3 hours since they were attacking eachother before. They were scurrying around and Cherry huddled when Chestnut came over and was afraid she was gonna attack her but nope. just a small nuzzle and then she scurried off.
The fourth one is my favorite. The two of them were on and off the wheel interchangeably and then they both got on and started running. Chestnut's bigger than Cherry and sent Cherry upsidedown. I had to stop it to avoid them doing loops and Cherry sat there like "dafawk just happened"
so yeah these are my babies. I'm still keeping an eye on them to make sure they won't attack eachother again. The last thing I want is to get another cage or have to take one or both back.
