Team Rocket

A dastardly organization for years, this group of greedy, power-hungry people steal pokemon from both the wild and trainers and forced them to work for them as their henchmen, weapons, and sometimes as diversions and decoys to carry out other missions. This team of nasty people have gone to great lengths to get what they want, from designing pokeballs to heighten the anger of a pokemon to make it evil and attack anything, from genetic mutation altering the part of the brain that expresses hate and anger.

Just recently, the team has been working on a special group of genetically mutated pokemon from birth. They broke into a breed

Chuck may be added to the tumblr community oopse! But yeah here's Chuck, my jolteon oc and someone else's Jolteon, Oliver. Oliver was the only jolteon I could find in the community so I threw chuck in there so he wouldnt be lonely.
